Phase 1 consists of 45 townhouses arranged around a rear court that allowed vehicular access to individual garages for each unit. A loop road serves the units and encloses a central space that contains an amenity building, toddlers play space, visitor parking and passive open space with lawns, planting and seating. All units have main entries on street frontage with narrow gated front yards, low fencing and soft landscape onto city boulevards with street trees.
