“The Aquarius”, Marinaside Crescent, Vancouver BC
This mixed use development comprises four high rise residential towers with a retail base, each of which is connected by a common 3 storey podium. It occupies a city block between the False Creek waterfront and Pacific Boulevard in Vancouver’s Yaletown. PD Group were responsible for hard and soft landscaping for principal surrounding streetscape elements, adjoining mews courtyard space and the development’s signature lake and landscape on the level 3 roof. The roof deck embraces an indoor amenity space on one of several islands within the water feature as well as access to and from an indoor pool and fitness facility on level 2 below.
